The ad was one of the first in a string of creative collaborations between the U.S. and China.
It also highlighted the growing economic partnership between the two countries.ABC News was given exclusive access to an ad by Chinese-American company Lixion for the American version of “It’s a Small World,” which was created by a Chinese-based company in 2016 and released in 2017.
The ad features a man who is dressed as a pig.
The video, which shows him walking across a field, is a visual representation of what life might be like for a pig in the U,S.ABC’s Adam Goldman reported.
Lixion, a Beijing-based photo-processing company, used its photo-editing software to create the photo-based ad.
It showed a pig on a farm, surrounded by corn, apples and other food crops.
“I was so shocked,” said Li Xing, who runs the Chinese-language website Lixiaotao.com, which describes itself as “an online destination for Chinese-Americans” in China.
“I was completely floored by it.”
In a statement, LixION said it is “honored” to have been selected for the ad.
“We’re grateful to be able to work with the creative team at Lixions, and we’re excited to continue our work with Lixiotao,” the statement said.LIXION’S PHOTO AD “A small world” is an ad that was created in the United States and released to promote the Chinese ad.
In the video, the pig is seen with a big grin on his face, walking across the field.
“It’s the first time I’ve seen the pig walk around in a video,” Li Xin said.
“It just felt so beautiful.”
In another part of the video a pig is shown on a horse, a traditional Chinese dance.
“We hope that this will bring more people to the Chinese side of the fence,” Li said.
